Blockstream, a leading player in the blockchain space, is expanding its Project Management Office in the attractive, multicultural city of Lugano. We are looking for a meticulous PMO professional to join our team and help drive the delivery of cutting‑edge distributed‑ledger projects across a globally distributed engineering organization. The daily work will centre on coordinating project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time. You will maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, compile status reports for senior leadership, and act as the communication hub between engineering, product, and operations teams to keep everyone aligned. Regular interaction with senior leadership ensures alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings three to five years of hands‑on project‑management experience, preferably within a technology or blockchain setting. You must be proficient with standard PM tools such as JIRA or MS Project, and demonstrate strong organisational abilities, analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. You must also translate complex project data into clear insights for decision‑makers. Experience in a blockchain environment is considered a valuable plus, as is familiarity with Confluence for collaborative documentation.
