Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing Marketing (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

Agoda, a global travel platform within Booking Holdings, is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst for Pricing Marketing. The role sits in the Performance Marketing Team, which builds data‑driven, large‑scale campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of Agoda's customers. The day‑to‑day work involves experimenting with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver. You will also test, analyse and optimise display campaigns across social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In addition, you will work with the large data sets generated by these experiments, develop optimisation models and create dashboards that support account managers. To succeed, you need a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or a science discipline. Fluency in English is required, as is at least two years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company. You must be comfortable with at least one data‑analysis tool or database (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL), possess strong numerical reasoning, be proficient in Excel and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. The position is based in Bangkok and includes relocation support.
