Manufacturing Specialist Expert

YO IT CONSULTING seeks a Manufacturing Specialist Expert to contribute to an AI‑driven manufacturing and digital‑fabrication project. No prior AI experience is required, as the focus is on manufacturing expertise. The contract position is fully remote and compensated at $50‑$100 per hour. Day‑to‑day you will review CAM, CNC and Fusion 360 workflows, evaluate AI‑generated process recommendations, and judge each workflow for accuracy, efficiency and technical feasibility. You will create and refine evaluation rubrics, document your findings clearly, and work with the project team to raise evaluation standards. The role requires proven experience with CAM, CNC machining and manufacturing workflows, as well as advanced proficiency in Fusion 360 and related software. Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing processes, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills are essential. Experience developing or using process‑evaluation criteria is considered a plus. The engagement is a remote contractor role; applicants must monitor email for further instructions and project updates. The screening includes answering specific questions and completing a short AI interview before selection. Successful candidates will join the project team immediately after onboarding.
