Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste infrastructure, focusing on transforming waste into valuable resources like energy, heat, and hydrogen. The company specializes in waste-to-X technology, turning discarded materials into valuable products. The Product & Marketing Manager will oversee and develop assigned products throughout their lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to launch and maintenance. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, shaping market positioning, and driving product development priorities. The manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, digital business, R&D, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing units, to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. The main responsibilities include managing products from inception to launch, developing clear product visions and market strategies, and analyzing market trends and customer needs. The role also involves defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and supporting cost-benefit analyses. Additionally, the manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track product performance using KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, along with more than five years of relevant experience in engineering, product management, project management, or a related role, ideally in the power industry, waste-to-energy, or renewable gas sectors. Strong analytical and structured working styles, with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple projects, are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment are also required. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in German or French.
