YO IT CONSULTING is looking for a CUDA Engineering Expert to join a remote contractor team that focuses on a cutting‑edge GPU optimisation project. The day‑to‑day work involves analysing, profiling and optimising GPU kernels with CUDA and profiling tools, spotting bottlenecks, creating targeted optimisation strategies, refactoring C++ and CUDA code for efficiency, writing shader logic in GLSL and WebGPU, documenting findings and contributing to GPU architecture discussions while collaborating with cross‑functional remote teams. The role is fully remote, demanding strong self‑management and clear technical communication. Candidates must possess deep CUDA programming and GPU kernel optimisation expertise, advanced C++ skills, practical experience with GLSL and WebGPU, and familiarity with GPU profiling tools such as NVIDIA Nsight. A solid grasp of GPU performance, architecture, and strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work effectively in a remote environment. Preferred experience includes work on high‑performance computing or GPU‑accelerated applications, optimisation across multiple GPU architectures, and a background in graphics, compute shaders or AI/ML acceleration.
