Implementation Manager

The company builds technology that links payroll and HR data to its platform, automating insurance processes and absence management for employers, doctors, HR and payroll teams. As an Implementation Manager you will own the technical rollout of grape connect, the data‑standard that connects customers’ systems to the grape ecosystem, working from pre‑sales feasibility through to go‑live for both new and existing accounts. Your daily work will involve leading end‑to‑end implementations, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, sales, technical specialists and external IT partners to ensure a smooth onboarding. You will conduct technical pre‑sales assessments, estimate effort, draft quotations and map wage types while configuring accounts and testing integrations. In addition, you will nurture partnerships with IT providers to streamline future integrations and keep the implementation documentation current and accurate. The role requires at least five years of client‑facing experience that includes managing implementations and translating technical details into business language. Strong project‑management abilities are essential, as is hands‑on expertise with REST APIs, bearer‑token authentication, JSON Schema and data mapping across JSON, XML and CSV formats. You need an operational understanding of Swiss payroll and time‑tracking systems, commercial acumen for scoping technical feasibility, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; Swiss German or French are advantageous. grape offers a hybrid work model based in Zurich, with a dedicated team day each Thursday and a one‑off home‑office stipend.
