The role of Assistant Legal Fund Structuring is within coni + partner, a consultancy firm specialising in custom-fit staffing solutions. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Law or a Paralegal qualification. Experience in a similar function within the asset management sector, particularly with funds or distribution channels, is essential. Familiarity with working with authorities such as FINMA, FMA, AIFM, and GFSC is also required. Additionally, a generalist knowledge of fund contracts, fund documentation, and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS, etc.) is necessary.
