Boston Scientific, a global leader in innovative cardiac technologies, is looking for a Clinical Specialist III to deliver advanced clinical support for its electrophysiology portfolio. The role sits within a diverse, high‑performing team that collaborates across multiple regions, helping hospitals in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces adopt and optimise Boston Scientific's EP solutions. On a daily basis you will act as the primary clinical contact for customers, providing on‑site assistance and troubleshooting. You will partner with Territory Managers to align clinical activities with sales objectives, organise and lead training sessions for clinicians and support staff, and present product benefits through demonstrations. Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision‑makers is essential, as is contributing to clinical research activities, case reviews and product feedback loops. The position requires a solid background in electrophysiology, specifically at least five years of hands‑on experience with catheter ablation and three‑dimensional mapping systems. Candidates must hold a university degree or specialised electrophysiology training, be comfortable working in both laboratory and operating‑room settings, and possess a proven record of delivering high‑quality clinical support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English are mandatory, as is a valid driver's licence and the flexibility to travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekends, throughout Quebec and on occasional international trips. A demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with sales and marketing colleagues, as well as a history of addressing customer needs and complaints effectively, will help you succeed. Experience with Boston Scientific's OPAL system is considered an advantage and will be viewed favorably during selection. What the role asks for: - Minimum 5 years electrophysiology catheter ablation & 3D mapping experience - University degree or electrophysiology specialty training - Willingness to work in lab and operating‑room environments - Proven record of outstanding clinical support - Excellent written and oral communication in French and English - Valid driver's licence in good standing - Ability to travel overnight/weekends within Quebec and internationally - Experience with Boston Scientific OPAL systems (nice‑to‑have)
