Senior Associate - German Language - Service Desk - Procure To Pay

The Senior Associate, German Language, Service Desk, Procure To Pay supports the company's procure‑to‑pay service desk, operating from Airoli, Navi Mumbai, on a 11:30 am‑8:30 pm shift with a home‑drop option. The role involves fielding vendor and employee inquiries related to accounts payable and payment processing, either solving them directly or forwarding them to the correct AP colleague. It also requires maintaining service levels that meet or exceed the agreed KPIs and SLAs, working with the Service Management team to apply SLA guidelines, and handling internal customer or supplier issues according to the escalation matrix, including pushing back when needed. Candidates must speak German at B2 level or higher, be comfortable gathering data from many sources, and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication across all organisational tiers. Experience with SAP and a background in accounting or commerce are considered advantageous.
