The Compensation Specialist will help shape and deliver compensation processes that are accurate, transparent and aligned with the Group's standards. Working in a collaborative Group HR environment, the role partners with HR, management and specialist functions to ensure reward topics are handled consistently across the organization. Day‑to‑day duties include driving the annual salary‑review and bonus cycles for executive positions, guaranteeing high‑quality delivery and timely execution. You will prepare compensation analyses, reports and dashboards that support decision‑making for HR, management and governance bodies. The role also involves improving compensation elements, processes and tools across the Group, owning selected benefit programmes and employee‑share‑account administration, and creating clear materials for senior management and the Board. Additionally, you will support compensation planning, projects, regulatory reporting and audit documentation while acting as a trusted contact for HR teams and line managers on pay‑transparency topics such as equal pay and EU reporting requirements. The employer requires a university degree in business administration, economics, finance, human resources, psychology or a related field. First‑hand experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within an international or group‑wide setting, is essential. A solid grasp of compensation processes, incentive schemes, job‑evaluation methods, benefits and market benchmarking is expected. Candidates must demonstrate high accuracy, discretion and reliability when handling sensitive data, the ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear insights and recommendations, and strong communication skills for advising stakeholders. A proactive, hands‑on, service‑oriented and collaborative attitude is also required. The position offers exposure to executive compensation and strategic HR topics, the chance to learn from seasoned compensation professionals and to work in a team that values genuine collaboration, mutual trust and responsibility. Further education in compensation, total rewards or HR analytics is considered a plus, as is experience in an international or group‑wide environment.
