Hub Manager for the Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub (F/M/D) 80%-100%

The position of Hub Manager for the Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub (Raisehub.swiss) involves overseeing a one‑stop‑shop that accelerates the uptake of artificial intelligence, robotics and other advanced digital tools among SMEs, start‑ups and public‑sector bodies across Central Switzerland, Ticino and Bern. The hub operates under the guidance of a steering committee and is part of a consortium that includes CSEM and other regional partners. In day‑to‑day work the manager will coordinate and advance the hub’s activities, ensuring the four pillars of the European Digital Innovation Hub model—ecosystem networking, training, test‑before‑invest services, and financing access—are delivered effectively. The role also requires hands‑on experimentation with AI‑driven processes to make the hub itself more intelligent, faster and more efficient. Interaction with consortium members, end‑users, regional development agencies, public institutions and the broader Swiss‑European EDIH network is a core element of the job. No specific qualifications, experience, language skills or certifications are listed in the posting, so the summary omits any mandatory requirements. The description highlights the collaborative environment and the strategic aim of positioning Raisehub.swiss as a showcase for trustworthy AI adoption, offering a unique opportunity to shape digital transformation in a multi‑regional setting.
