Client Coordinator – Global Clients

KPMG, a worldwide firm offering audit, tax and advisory services, is looking for a full‑time Client Coordinator – Global Clients to join its multicultural team in Lausanne. The role sits at the heart of the Global client group, linking partners and account teams while helping to grow and refine client relationships. Each day the coordinator serves as the main point of contact for the global portfolio, working closely with lead partners to monitor and advance cross‑border initiatives. Responsibilities include arranging regular team calls, documenting outcomes, tracking actions, and keeping account plans, engagement pipelines and internal reporting tools up to date. The person also oversees the client portal, risk‑management workflows and knowledge‑sharing sites, assists with RFP responses and proposal drafting, and supports budgeting, billing and revenue monitoring. Additional duties involve updating the CRM system, preparing client newsletters and helping organise events. Applicants should hold a business diploma or comparable qualification and bring three to four years of experience in a similar capacity. Fluency in English is required, while strong French skills are considered an advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient and capable of setting priorities in a fast‑moving environment, with a keen eye for detail and solid proofreading abilities. Handling confidential information with discretion, working well in diverse teams and possessing advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential.
