Technical Writer - Remote

The role is a Technical Writer / Editor, working on a customer project to evaluate and improve advanced AI systems. The company focuses on enhancing the quality, clarity, and usefulness of AI-generated content. The main day-to-day responsibilities involve evaluating and comparing AI-generated responses against specific writing prompts. This includes assessing various aspects such as clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions. You will provide clear scores, rationales, and actionable feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the quality and instructional value of the AI-generated content. Additionally, you will apply strong editorial judgment to distinguish subtle differences in writing quality and maintain accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing and documenting findings. Collaboration with project managers and reviewers is also a key part of the role, done asynchronously. The must-have requirements include native-level English fluency with excellent written communication skills. Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation, or a related field is essential. A strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content is required. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills are also necessary. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely is crucial. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with digital content review, annotation, or evaluation platforms. Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, but not required.
