SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W) – Déc 26 to April 27 - 100%

Fusalp is seeking a Sales Associate to engage with both local and international clients, providing warm, confident, and authentic advice. The role involves understanding client needs and recommending products that balance style, performance, and service. The associate will actively contribute to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling, and repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strong product knowledge and sharing Fusalp's heritage, craftsmanship, and technical expertise. The associate will maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique operations, handling tasks such as stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional languages being a plus. Experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.
