Manager, Brand Migration

The Manager, Brand Migration at JCI will steer the planning and execution of brand transition projects across all product lines and market channels. In this capacity the manager works closely with marketing, product and regional teams to guarantee a smooth rollout of the new brand. Day‑to‑day duties involve creating detailed migration roadmaps, tracking progress against set milestones, and correcting any brand‑consistency issues that arise. Monitoring milestones and reporting status to senior stakeholders is part of the routine. The role also requires strong project‑management skills to keep initiatives on schedule in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment. The position offers the opportunity to shape JCI's global brand identity and make a measurable impact on market presence. It is based in Neuhausen‑Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in brand management or marketing, a proven record of managing large‑scale brand migrations, and fluency in English; German is a plus.
