Nice-to-have skills include direct experience in a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing, or leading investigators. Experience with crypto or digital-asset systems, shipping AI or ML into regulated workflows, and build-vs-buy evaluations for monitoring or case-management tooling are also beneficial. Experience with programs that span multiple jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US) is a plus.
