The Program and Administrative Support Officer will work in an international setting, handling a mix of project and stakeholder coordination tasks. The role involves creating briefings, meeting notes, reports, presentations, and correspondence. The officer will also conduct research, compile background information, and support the coordination and follow-up of various programs and projects. Additionally, the officer will monitor deadlines, action points, and project deliverables, and organize meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and documentation. The role also includes maintaining records, databases, and document management systems, as well as assisting with progress reporting, budget monitoring, and program planning. The officer will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, and prepare summaries, analyses, and management reports. The officer will provide daily administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 6 years of relevant experience in project support, program coordination, administration, or operations. Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. The candidate must have experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and briefing materials, and strong attention to detail and information management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and collaborative platforms is also required.
