AI Education & Training Program Lead

The AI Education & Training Program Lead will guide ROSEN’s effort to embed artificial‑intelligence capabilities across its global workforce of roughly 4 500 employees. ROSEN is a worldwide supplier of integrity‑process solutions, offering inspection, engineering consultancy, custom product manufacturing and cutting‑edge research for critical industrial assets. In this role you will own the AI Enablement Program, turning a basic foundation into enterprise‑wide adoption. Daily work involves shaping learning standards, creating certification routes and a scalable train‑the‑trainer model, while assembling a global community of facilitators and AI Champions. You will steer the end‑to‑end strategy, keep training aligned with legal and compliance rules such as the EU AI Act, and define metrics that capture participation and business impact. Collaboration with Learning & Development, IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, Data & AI Governance and business units is essential, as is leading workshops that help teams adjust to new AI‑driven ways of working. The position requires proven experience in leading large‑scale learning or capability‑building programs across multiple regions and functions, and the ability to design clear learning journeys with measurable outcomes. Strong facilitation skills, hands‑on experience with train‑the‑trainer models, and a solid grasp of generative AI, large language models and modern AI tools are mandatory. You must also have a data‑driven mindset, change‑management expertise, stakeholder‑influence abilities, and confidence operating in technically demanding environments. Professional fluency in both German and English is required. Desirable background includes having built and scaled enterprise AI or digital‑transformation enablement programs, created certification frameworks linked to employee development, and grown internal Communities of Practice. Experience with workflow redesign, service design or Jobs‑to‑be‑Done methods, especially in industrial or engineering settings, is a plus.
