Receptionist - French / English & Spanish

An international firm needs a temporary Receptionist for a two‑week assignment, beginning immediately. The person will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, handling calls in French, English and Spanish, and organising meeting‑room logistics. The role also covers processing inbound and outbound mail, supporting various departments with administrative tasks, arranging travel, and keeping the reception area tidy and professional. The ideal candidate has prior experience at a front desk or in hospitality, can work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting, and demonstrates strong organisational, communication and service‑focused skills. The position requires Swiss residence, a valid work permit, and full‑time commitment for the two‑week period. It is based in Switzerland and offers a fast‑moving environment where attention to detail is essential. Candidates must be ready to start as soon as possible.
