German Customer and Sales Expert - High-End Tech Project in Athens, Greece

The position is a German‑speaking Customer and Sales Expert representing a leading American multinational technology brand, counted among the world’s Big Five premium names. You will join a bustling international hub in Athens that houses more than four hundred tech enthusiasts, acting as the voice of the brand’s online store for high‑end hardware, luxury devices and accessories. Your daily work revolves around assisting German‑language customers through inbound phone calls, live‑chat sessions and email. In the sales track you will guide shoppers along a scripted buying journey, helping them decide on products and close orders. In the service track you will resolve post‑purchase issues such as returns, cancellations or undelivered parcels. After the first month you will receive cross‑training that enables you to handle both sales and service inquiries with confidence. The role requires native‑level or C1 German fluency together with at least B2 English. Candidates need solid PC skills, comfort with Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 25 words per minute or more with 80 % accuracy. Familiarity with macOS and iOS is considered a strong advantage, while prior professional experience is not mandatory; the company hires for attitude and provides the necessary training. A positive, solution‑focused communication style is essential. Additional perks include full relocation assistance to Athens, a Mediterranean lifestyle, paid training followed by a one‑week nesting period, private health insurance from day one, round‑the‑clock counseling and regular wellness events. The fast‑paced environment peaks during summer, back‑to‑school, Black Friday and holiday campaigns, and the program offers clear pathways toward senior specialist or management positions.
