At least five years of software development experience, including two years in a system‑level language, is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Linux, Python or a similar scripting language, and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Groovy and GitHub are essential, as is a willingness to learn infrastructure‑automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or OpenStack. Experience working on Agile teams and strong problem‑solving abilities are also mandatory. Additional assets include knowledge of the DNS protocol, experience with container platforms such as Docker or Kubernetes, and exposure to behavior‑driven testing frameworks like Python Behave or Cucumber. Verisign offers a dynamic, flexible work environment, competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth, and is committed to equal‑opportunity employment.
