Allocator Intern

The Allocator Intern position sits within VF Corporation’s The North Face brand and supports the allocation team for Full‑Price Stores across Europe. Based at the VF EMEA headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, the twelve‑month internship begins on 1 February 2027 and offers a monthly gross salary of 1 850 CHF. Each day you will help distribute merchandise to stores by interpreting sales trends, current inventory and each location’s capacity. You will keep an eye on stock levels, flag chances for replenishment or transfers, and use data analysis to highlight items that are over‑ or under‑stocked. Close cooperation with store staff, planning, buying and operations ensures that product moves smoothly and on schedule. The role requires fluency in English, both spoken and written, a curious attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. Strong analytical and numerical abilities are essential, as is the willingness to take initiative and tackle new challenges. Candidates should be able to work with Excel and related data tools such as pivot tables and look‑ups, and must demonstrate a clear interest in retail, supply‑chain or merchandising fundamentals. Eligibility is limited to those graduating after 1 November 2026 (or holding student status on 1 February 2027) and who possess EU or EEA citizenship. Beyond the core tasks, the internship provides exposure to replenishment systems, hands‑on inventory management and demand‑forecasting, while fostering data‑analysis and problem‑solving skills. Interns benefit from a hybrid‑working model, a 50 % discount on VF brands, on‑site gym facilities, subsidised meals, transport options and a structured learning programme that includes workshops, a consulting project and a day spent in a store.
