[Swiss Branch] Intern Business Operations & Online Brand Store (m/f/d)

LG Electronics, a worldwide technology pioneer, is looking for an intern to support its Business Operations & Online Brand Store in the Swiss branch. In this position you will handle invoice verification, payment tracking and vendor communication, as well as process travel‑expense reimbursements. Daily tasks also cover preparing accrual reports, managing order flow, price entry, customer queries and bug reporting on lg.com. You will analyse sales data and customer behaviour to suggest improvements, and lead small projects that add new features to enhance the online shopping experience. The role requires you to be currently enrolled at a Swiss university, preferably studying IT or business administration. You must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, be able to work well in a team and communicate clearly. Fluency in both German and English is essential, and you should adopt an agile attitude, taking ownership and staying organized. A proactive, hands‑on approach is also expected. Additional assets include prior use of analysis platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, solid competence with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to speak Swiss German or French.
