In this position you will oversee the full deal‑desk workflow for the region, shaping deal structures, providing quoting assistance, and leading contract talks that include data‑privacy considerations. You will manage the lifecycle of portfolios—contracts, subscriptions, lease events—and ensure every agreement aligns with internal policies, legal standards, and revenue‑recognition rules. The role also involves building strong links with internal partners and external stakeholders, supporting import logistics, guiding commercial teams on timelines, acting as the primary liaison for the Commercial Solutions group, and helping launch new products and process initiatives in the UKI area. Candidates must hold a degree in law, finance, or economics and bring at least three years of hands‑on experience negotiating and drafting commercial capital agreements, including tender management. Proven project‑management ability, a service‑focused mindset, and a keen interest in business and financial decision‑making are essential. You should be comfortable using Salesforce, possess meticulous organizational skills, and thrive in a rapid, results‑driven setting while keeping long‑term goals in view. Strong written and spoken communication, especially in contract language, is required, along with a solid grasp of standard legal terms and financial concepts.
