Several years of experience as a mechanic is beneficial. Proficiency in interpreting P&ID diagrams or drawings is essential, as is a strong command of German. English language skills are also advantageous. The role requires independent and precise work, a customer-oriented approach, and openness to new ideas. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work in a 3-shift pattern, including Saturdays, and being part of an on-call duty.
