Product Manager - AI Platform

Flexion creates the AI layer that powers the next generation of humanoid robots, aiming to move from fragile prototypes to real‑world deployments. As the Product Manager for the AI Platform you will shape the software that sits on robots built by other manufacturers, defining the capabilities, data loops and user interfaces that let customers operate intelligent machines in practice. You will own the platform’s roadmap, translating deep knowledge of industry use cases into reusable robot skills and data workflows for training, evaluation and continuous improvement. The role involves specifying monitoring, diagnostics and fleet‑level controls, collaborating closely with research and AI engineering to turn emerging research into product features, and spending time on‑site with customers across Europe to uncover the biggest opportunities. The position requires proven product management experience with AI/ML, robotics, data or developer platforms, strong judgment to spot common needs, and a solid technical grasp of model lifecycles.
