The role sits in the HR Support Services team, which delivers operational and transactional HR assistance to employees across German‑speaking Switzerland, focusing on the complete employee life‑cycle from entry to exit. On a daily basis the specialist will organise the administrative onboarding of new hires, which includes issuing contracts, gathering required data such as background‑screening records and answering newcomers' HR questions. Julius Baer offers a truly international environment with offices in more than 60 locations worldwide, yet retains a flat hierarchy and supportive leadership. The Zurich team is described as diverse, highly motivated and collaborative, providing a stimulating workplace where continuous learning and employee well‑being are prioritized.
