Founding Mobile Engineer iOS & Android, Webportal Global Inspector AI - Freelance from Western Balkans

Global Inspector AI is building a next‑generation platform that helps individuals, investors and enterprises verify people, businesses, digital identities and blockchain activity worldwide. The service automates intelligence, OSINT/CYBINT and blockchain investigations, reducing fraud and risk for its users. The company is now creating the core mobile experience for iOS, Android and a supporting web portal, and seeks a founding‑level engineer who will own the product from the ground up. As the Founding Mobile Engineer you will design and construct the mobile application for both iOS and Android, turning complex security, OSINT and blockchain workflows into a clean, intuitive user experience. You will connect the app to a range of APIs that handle identity and business verification, OSINT data feeds and crypto‑wallet risk scoring. The role also includes implementing secure authentication, subscription handling and a scalable architecture that can grow from beta to a global release. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders on strategic product decisions rather than merely completing tickets, and you will ready the solution for beta launch, public rollout and worldwide scaling. The position requires proven experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android, backed by a strong portfolio of shipped products. You must also have solid web‑technology expertise and a track record of building web portals that can be seamlessly integrated with mobile solutions. Strong problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation and accountability in a freelance setting are essential. Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and a genuine interest in investigative and compliance workflows are expected, as is the capacity to collaborate remotely with a culturally diverse team, especially from the Western Balkans. Fluent English communication is mandatory. The role is offered as an international freelance agreement targeting candidates in the Western Balkans. Compensation is milestone‑based for the beta delivery, with a long‑term contract that includes revenue share, profit participation and possible equity or tokenised stakes tied to app performance. You will enjoy high autonomy, founder‑level influence and direct involvement in a scalable global security product, without the constraints of a monthly salary, corporate hierarchy or micromanagement.
