Lead – Responsive & NOS Flows

The Lead – Responsive & NOS Flows role sits at the heart of On’s Cadence/NOS program, a global initiative that drives continuous replenishment and dramatically lifts in‑stock rates for the brand’s highest‑velocity items while curbing excess inventory. Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, you will help build the operational backbone for this end‑to‑end model, ensuring the expanding product portfolio runs with exacting precision and that worldwide and regional partners stay aligned to hit milestones on schedule. In practice you will serve as the primary global contact for the Cadence effort, linking merchandising, commercial and planning teams to guarantee timely execution. Your day will involve coordinating worldwide program milestones, managing seasonal assortment intake, and overseeing continuous‑demand fulfillment by working closely with regional operations to balance delivery capacity and smooth load peaks. You will steer the transition of safety‑stock planning from manual methods to a fully automated solution, craft repeatable standard operating procedures, track key health metrics, and regularly publish status updates that surface risks and mitigation plans. The position requires at least five years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP or broader supply‑chain operations, ideally within footwear or apparel. You must be highly proficient with planning systems and possess a solid grasp of continuous‑replenishment models such as NOS and VMI, as well as inventory optimisation. Demonstrated ability to design new processes, translate complex supply‑chain realities into robust SOPs, and manage senior‑level expectations across commercial, operations and technology groups is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, autonomous prioritisation and a blend of strategic thinking with operational detail are also required; prior work on responsiveness programmes is a plus. You will join On’s Integrated End‑to‑End Planning team, the group that orchestrates demand, supply, IBP and analytics across the product lifecycle.
