Quotation Management Specialist (m/f/d) - temporary until 31.12.2026

The temporary position of Quotation Management Specialist, based at Solvias’ Kaiseraugst site, supports a global firm that delivers chemistry, manufacturing and control analytics for the life‑science sector. Solvias supplies comprehensive services ranging from raw‑material testing to drug‑product release, operating several Centres of Excellence under strict ISO, GMP, GLP and FDA regulations. In this role you will create and keep up‑to‑date price proposals for KAU offerings, manage inter‑company quote submissions, and guarantee that all steps follow internal standards and commercial guidelines. You will work closely with technical groups to confirm service feasibility, assist the Sales Manager with related commercial tasks, and address client questions promptly and professionally. Applicants need a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, life‑sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering administration or a comparable discipline, together with two to five years of experience in commercial support, quotation handling, sales assistance, project coordination or laboratory operations. Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical, laboratory or technical‑services field is advantageous, and candidates with lab backgrounds seeking a shift toward coordination are encouraged to apply.
