Finance Manager (m/f/d) - Pully (VD)

The position of Finance Manager (m/f/d) is based in Pully, Vaud, within a well‑known Swiss services group that employs more than three hundred staff members. Reporting to senior leadership, the role sits on the executive team and acts as a financial partner for the various business units. Day‑to‑day duties involve directing all controlling functions, generating and interpreting performance metrics that guide strategic choices, and steering the budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles. The manager will also assist top executives in tracking results, spotting improvement opportunities, and overseeing the accounting staff to guarantee accurate month‑end closings and adherence to regulatory standards. Interaction with auditors, banking partners and other external parties, as well as the upkeep of internal controls and reporting tools, form part of the remit, alongside participation in cross‑functional projects and strategic discussions. Candidates must hold a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a comparable discipline and bring solid experience in a senior controlling capacity such as Head of Controlling, Senior Controller or Finance Manager. Prior responsibility for leading an accounting team is essential, together with deep knowledge of reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Strong communication skills, the ability to translate financial data into clear recommendations, and fluency in both written and spoken English and French are required.
