Ralph Lauren Corporation, a worldwide leader in premium lifestyle products ranging from apparel and accessories to home, fragrances and hospitality, is looking for a Wholesale Digital Strategy, Business Development & Operations Intern. The role sits within the rapidly expanding Wholesale Digital & E‑Commerce channel and supports the brand's effort to strengthen its online presence across EMEA and LATAM markets. The intern will be involved in a variety of analytical and operational tasks. Core duties include producing weekly and monthly sell‑out reports for the digital channel, supporting digital operations, and conducting on‑site merchandising and competitor analyses. The position also requires gathering regional retail sales data, validating its accuracy, and turning those figures into actionable insights for assortment and category opportunities. Regular reporting on sell‑through, market share and quarterly performance will be prepared, while ad‑hoc research on analytics tools will help the team stay ahead of fashion e‑commerce trends. In addition, the intern will coordinate digital assets for wholesale partners, evaluate digital content performance, maintain trackers of e‑commerce accounts, and act as a digital ambassador by sharing industry news across the organization. To succeed, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and have completed at least one relevant internship in an analytical role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector. An analytical mindset with proven ability to navigate complex data sets is essential, as is a high degree of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail. The role demands strong multi‑tasking skills, the capacity to meet tight deadlines under pressure, and a proactive, creative problem‑solving approach. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory, and fluency in English is required; any additional language is considered a plus. The internship lasts 12 months, and a university internship agreement is compulsory. Strong organization, communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with enthusiasm, positivity and team spirit, are also expected. The position offers exposure to a global luxury brand and the chance to work closely with senior management on strategic projects. While the posting does not specify a physical location, the role supports teams across EMEA and LATAM, providing a multicultural environment and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of international wholesale digital operations. What the role asks for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Relevant analytical internship (fashion/luxury preferred) - Advanced Excel skill - Full professional proficiency in English - Availability for a 12‑month internship - University internship agreement required - Analytical mindset with complex data handling - Nice‑to‑have: additional language proficiency
