Service Delivery Technician Intern

The Service Delivery Technician Intern role sits within VF’s Digital Technology team at the EMEA headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. VF owns iconic brands such as The North Face®, Vans® and Timberland®, and the 12‑month, full‑time internship begins on 1 February 2027 with a gross monthly salary of 1 850 CHF. During the placement you will work alongside the End User Services (EUS) group, helping seasoned technicians resolve end‑user technology problems, process service requests and become familiar with VF’s support tools. You will also assist with workplace technology – from devices and peripherals to meeting‑room equipment and collaboration platforms – and take part in inventory management, user guidance, technology adoption tasks and small‑scale projects, while sharpening documentation, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities. Candidates must be slated to graduate after 1 November 2026 or retain student status on the start date, and hold EU or EEA citizenship. The ideal background includes current or recent studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology or a related discipline, plus a genuine interest in IT support and digital services. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, mobile devices and common peripherals is required, as is fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Success in the role will be supported by a proactive learning attitude, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous documentation habits and an analytical approach to troubleshooting. Physical ability to move equipment safely, flexibility, reliability and openness to feedback are also valued.
