Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agent In Greece Wanted For Booking.com

Booking.com is looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Greece operation. The role involves supporting travelers who use the platform, ensuring their interactions are smooth and satisfying while working in an international environment. On a daily basis you will handle Danish‑language inquiries through phone, email and chat, guiding customers through booking requests, changes, cancellations and general account matters. Each contact must be recorded accurately in the internal system to maintain a clear service history. The position requires fluency at a C1/C2 level in both written and spoken Danish, together with a strong command of English. Candidates must list their native language and nationality on their CV or cover letter, hold a valid EU passport and either already reside in Greece or be prepared to relocate, for which a relocation package is provided. Benefits include a competitive monthly salary, a performance‑based bonus, two additional salaries each year and private health insurance. The relocation support covers flight, airport transfer and initial hotel accommodation, plus assistance in finding longer‑term housing. Working in Greece offers a Mediterranean lifestyle, lower living costs and the chance to explore historic sites and islands, while collaborating with colleagues from across Europe. This combination of professional growth and quality of life makes the role especially appealing.
