SPX Data & AI Innovation Intern

The SPX Data & AI Innovation Intern role at Nestlé Research & Development in Orbe, Switzerland, involves supporting the development of the future SPX knowledge ecosystem. The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing and enhancing SPX Dashboards to improve data visibility and accessibility. The intern will connect and explore multiple data sources, such as Methods of Preparation (MOP), Key Sensory Attributes (KSA), and Consumer Research. Additionally, they will create data visualizations, support the development of AI-powered solutions, and collaborate with various specialists to accelerate product innovation. To be successful in this role, candidates must be Bachelor's or Master's students, or recent graduates, in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Food Science. Strong interest in data, digital technologies, and consumer experience is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with data and translating complex information into meaningful insights. Academic or previous work experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools, and Version Control Systems (like GitHub) is required. Programming skills in Python or R are also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include experience with AI-enabled tools, knowledge systems, or data exploration platforms.
