Accelleron, a worldwide technology leader that supplies turbocharging, fuel‑injection and digital solutions for heavy‑duty marine and energy applications, is looking for a Senior Legal & Integrity Counsel to join its global legal, integrity and IP team in Baden, Switzerland. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the role carries worldwide responsibility for shaping and applying the company’s integrity framework and supporting the Board’s committee work. The daily work involves creating and rolling out integrity and data‑privacy procedures, designing and delivering awareness programmes, and using AI‑enhanced tools for training and risk monitoring. The counsel will also advise senior management, draft and negotiate strategic collaboration, joint‑venture and M&A contracts, oversee deal processes and due‑diligence, manage disputes, run internal investigations, and maintain retaliation‑free reporting channels.
