Salesforce Technical Architect

Mobility, a pioneering car‑sharing company shaping the future of transport in Switzerland, is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join its headquarters in Rotkreuz. The role will steer the technical direction of Mobility’s Salesforce ecosystem, contributing to the long‑term strategy of a key business platform. In this position you will design and oversee enterprise‑grade solutions on Salesforce and related systems, handling complex integrations, contract lifecycle, subscription and billing processes. You will work hand‑in‑hand with finance, operations, product and engineering stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical designs, while guiding engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance and Git‑based development. You will also champion the use of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, act as the main escalation point for the Salesforce & MobiSys team, and ensure compliance with architectural, security and governance guidelines. The essential qualifications include proven expertise in building large‑scale Salesforce architectures, data modeling, permission frameworks and integration patterns, as well as experience with large data volumes and idempotent integrations, especially in finance or billing contexts. You must have deep knowledge of Apex design patterns, asynchronous processing, and custom framework development, and be proficient with tools such as Gearset, Git, VS Code, SFDX, Apex and Lightning Web Components. Required certifications are Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect, while a CTA is a strong advantage. Fluency in German at C1 level and English at B2/C1 level is mandatory. Additional assets are experience with CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, subscription or contract lifecycle management, and prior work on platform transformation projects.
