Cyber Security Architect (m/f/d)

A forward‑thinking organization is hiring a Cyber Security Architect to shape and safeguard its digital environment across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid settings. The role offers a chance to influence security design while growing technical depth. Day‑to‑day duties involve defining and applying security architecture guidelines, crafting secure solutions for varied infrastructures, turning business and technical demands into scalable protections, taking part in architecture reviews and basic threat‑model sessions, spotting risks and aiding remediation, and working closely with project teams to embed security from the start. The position requires at least five years of experience in cyber‑security, IT‑security or related infrastructure work, plus an interest or early exposure to security architecture. Candidates must possess a basic to intermediate grasp of identity and access management, network security fundamentals and Zero‑Trust concepts, application or API protection, and data‑privacy basics. Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical partners is essential. Additional assets include some hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, familiarity with standards like ISO 27001, NIST or CIS, and a strong drive to expand architectural expertise while collaborating within a supportive team.
