On a daily basis the builder will launch and scale the business across the Swiss market, handling sales, positioning and the acquisition of the first customers. The role involves forging direct relationships with HR leaders and decision‑makers, recruiting and eventually leading a home‑grown team as demand grows, and acting as the public face and voice of HI Assessments in the country. In addition, the partner will influence how the platform and go‑to‑market strategy evolve for the broader DACH region. The ideal candidate is someone who prefers creating new ventures to managing existing ones, values long‑term trust over short‑term transactions, and possesses a sharp commercial mindset. Experience in executive search, recruitment, HR‑tech, assessment providers, ATS firms, B2B SaaS or consulting is relevant, as is a proven commercial track record and a strong network within Switzerland. While fluency in German or French is highly valued, it is not mandatory; internationally experienced candidates with the right network are also welcome.
