On a daily basis you will own the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY, design and configure solutions, and act as the primary technical subject‑matter expert. You will translate business needs into sustainable technical designs, maintain the product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and guarantee seamless integration with Workday HCM, SAP BTP and other vendor systems. Collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance and IT teams will drive testing, release management, deployment and continuous‑improvement cycles. The position requires a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, together with extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner, Workday Product Owner or Solution Architect in complex enterprise settings. You must possess deep expertise in Workday, particularly Recruiting, plus a solid grasp of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes and integration techniques. Proven ability to manage Workday products globally, strong knowledge of APIs and enterprise‑application landscapes, and a track record of turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions are essential. Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication skills, high ownership and fluency in English complete the mandatory profile. Additional assets include Workday certifications and hands‑on experience with Workday VNDLY or other contingent‑workforce management tools.
