Project Manager Electronic Security Systems

IOTA Group is seeking a Project Manager, Electronic Security Systems for a partner in Switzerland. The company specializes in electronic security systems, focusing on areas such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection. The main day-to-day responsibilities involve managing electronic security projects from start to finish, including planning, coordinating resources, and overseeing installation and commissioning. The role requires coordinating with engineers, field technicians, and external partners, as well as monitoring project progress, risks, and deadlines. The Project Manager will also act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of technical issues. To qualify, candidates must have proven experience in technical project management, particularly in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or related fields. A technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, or building technologies is essential. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage customer relationships. Nice-to-have skills include experience with platforms such as Genetec, Lenel / LenelS2, PACOM, Milestone, and Axis, or comparable security integration platforms. Experience in data centers or other critical infrastructure environments, as well as managing international or global account projects, would be advantageous. Fluency in English and French is required, with proficiency in German being a strong asset.
