They oversee the collection and sharing of knowledge within the programme, coordinate all cross‑project administrative processes, and act as a bridge between project functions to resolve design changes and interface issues that affect construction efficiency. Budget monitoring and cost‑control actions are also part of the routine, as is the proactive identification of hazards and the implementation of mitigation measures in line with project requirements. The position demands a solid academic foundation and extensive hands‑on experience. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline, and bring more than ten years of progressive construction management experience combined with proven project‑management expertise in the construction, energy or related sectors. A thorough grasp of construction principles, project‑management methodologies and HSSE regulations is essential, together with demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully delivering large‑scale construction projects.
