Beauty Sales Specialist

Harding+ is looking for a Beauty Sales Specialist to join its floating retail concept, where the brand’s boutique‑style experience travels aboard cruise ships. The company collaborates with major cruise operators and internationally recognised beauty labels, and has been honoured as Cruise Retailer of the Year for several recent seasons. On a typical day you will greet passengers, help them discover scents or skincare items that suit their preferences, and lead small‑group beauty workshops or makeover sessions. Your deep product knowledge and personable approach will turn each interaction into a memorable moment, while you also assist with in‑store events and product demonstrations that showcase the portfolio. The ideal candidate already possesses hands‑on experience in the beauty sector together with a background in retail or direct sales. You should feel at ease recommending items, interpreting client needs, and delivering a premium level of service. Quick rapport building, natural conversation starters, and the ability to steer shoppers toward suitable purchases are essential. A willingness to keep learning, accept feedback, and step beyond comfort zones—whether by presenting to groups or supporting events—is required, as is a collaborative attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a constantly changing environment. The position offers a salary plus commission structure, free lodging and meals while on board, and eliminates ordinary household expenses. Harding+ provides visa assistance, comprehensive training on sales techniques and brand details, and the chance to sail to diverse destinations. Contracts run up to six months, typically followed by a one‑ to two‑month shore break, with optional independent travel after each stint.
