The Project Manager CAPEX is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that design and execution meet all objectives outlined in approved documents. This includes scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards, and sustainability goals. The role involves leading internal cross-functional teams and managing external partners, including procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations. Additionally, the Project Manager implements robust project controls, accurate monthly forecasting, and regular status reporting to the Steering Committee. They also ensure continuous alignment with business end-users throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing successful commissioning and a seamless handover to operations. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience as a project manager leading large-scale capital investment projects. Hands-on experience with Diagnostics (DIA) projects is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project planning skills are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a deep understanding of customer and business needs, are also required. Analytical skills and risk management capabilities to identify risks early and solve complex challenges are crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Diagnostics (DIA) projects.
