Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) – Data Centre Construction

The company, majority‑owned by CBRE Group, is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to support large‑scale data‑centre construction programmes. In this position you will build and maintain detailed project schedules, verify their accuracy and completeness, and generate progress reports for senior stakeholders. You will spot schedule variances, analyse their causes, communicate findings and suggest corrective actions. The role also involves aligning internal and external timelines, reviewing planning methodologies and control mechanisms, and proposing improvements, while ensuring clear communication with client representatives and design partners. The ideal candidate holds a technical or university degree, preferably in construction or engineering, and brings roughly seven years of project‑control experience on industrial or data‑centre projects, including at least five years focused on scheduling. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential, as is fluency in both German and English and solid MS Office skills. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities, a goal‑driven mindset and empathy for complex, large‑scale environments are also required.
