Assistant Store Manager

GoodwillAZ's Baseline Store seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations. This includes opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. The role involves leading a team of 15-20 associates, coaching their performance, handling scheduling, and resolving customer issues. Compliance with donation and resale policies is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of retail supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills for sales and loss-prevention reporting are essential, as is proficiency with POS and inventory management systems. A passion for the mission-driven, nonprofit retail sector and the ability to inspire staff toward community impact are also important.
