The Manager, Brand Marketing, Burger King & Popeyes, International role is focused on driving the growth and success of the Burger King and Popeyes brands in the EMEA, APAC, and Latin American and Caribbean regions. This position involves managing key marketing and communications projects, ensuring that brand initiatives are culturally relevant and effectively executed across international markets. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include managing projects from brief through development, production, and handover. This involves working closely with regional teams, co-lead markets, franchisees, agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. The role also includes creating comprehensive marketing toolkits, supporting strategic brand development for priority food platforms, and ensuring that product stories are clear and relevant across different markets. Additionally, the manager will identify opportunities for the brands to integrate into popular culture, turning cultural and consumer insights into compelling brand stories. To excel in this role, candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in marketing, consumer communications, or a similar role within the FMCG/CPG or QSR industry. Strong project management skills are essential, along with experience managing integrated marketing projects from brief through production and market handover. Proficiency in using consumer, cultural, market, and brand-performance insights to shape briefs and inform decisions is also required. Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages being a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in Switzerland. Nice-to-have skills include a strong passion for creativity, popular culture, social media, and digital channels, with an instinct for spotting culturally relevant opportunities for the brands. Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and an interest in emerging tools, including AI, are also beneficial. The role is based in an office setting with a 5-day in-office work schedule to support collaboration.
