Senior Data Annotator Jobs in Geneva

Rex.zone is looking for an experienced Senior Data Annotator to work remotely on a full‑time basis. The company focuses on creating and checking data that powers natural‑language models, large language models and, when required, visual‑recognition systems. In this position you will generate precise annotations for a variety of challenging tasks such as classification, span tagging, named‑entity recognition, relation extraction, sentiment analysis and safety labeling. You will also run reinforcement‑learning‑from‑human‑feedback pipelines, rank paired outputs, capture rationales, and assess prompts using calibrated scoring rubrics that measure usefulness, harmlessness and factual accuracy. Regular quality‑control duties include audits, adjudication, measuring inter‑annotator agreement, error analysis and delivering corrective feedback. Documentation of edge cases, taxonomy updates and guideline refinements is expected, as is occasional support for vision‑related labeling like bounding boxes or keypoints, and collaboration with operations and engineering to enhance tools and sampling methods. The role requires a solid background in data annotation or AI evaluation with a proven record of delivering high‑quality results. Candidates must demonstrate strong judgment, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle ambiguous situations while keeping output consistent at scale. Experience with QA evaluation techniques, familiarity with LLM assessment concepts, RLHF labeling patterns and prompt‑evaluation workflows, as well as clear written communication for documenting decisions, are essential. Additional assets include experience in content‑safety labeling, work with moderation policies, creation of safety taxonomies, and prior involvement in structured NLP tasks such as entity and relation annotation. Exposure to computer‑vision annotation tools is also valued. Compensation ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, adjusted according to the applicant’s experience.
