The position of Process Expert – Cleaning is based in Stein, AG, Switzerland, where Lonza operates a GMP‑certified drug‑product facility. You will act as the go‑to authority on these processes, guiding audit preparation, leading investigations, handling corrective actions and driving ongoing enhancements. Managing external cleaning contractors, ensuring they meet training and performance expectations, and coordinating maintenance and shutdown activities to control contamination zones are also key tasks. Close partnership with MSAT, quality assurance, operations and engineering teams will be required to embed compliance concepts and support site‑wide improvement projects.
