Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Part-Time (PT) - Medex

Medex is seeking a Part-Time Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide direct care to residents in their long-term care home on Baseline Road. The PSW will assist residents with daily activities, mobility, medication reminders, and document care plans. The main responsibilities include hands-on care, mobility support, and ensuring that residents receive their medication on time. The PSW will also document care plans and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families. Candidates must have a valid PSW certification and at least one year of experience in a residential or long-term care setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
